Our Renovation Process
1. Site Inspection & Consultation
We start by booking a site inspection. Our renovation consultant visits your home to take measurements and assess the space for your new layout.
2. Preliminary Quote & Concept Design
Based on your budget, style, and preferences, we prepare a preliminary quote and initial design concept tailored to your vision.
3. Showroom Selection Meeting
You’ll be invited to our showroom to finalise all material and product selections, including tiles, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes.
4. Contract Signing
Once all selections and scope are confirmed, we prepare and sign the renovation contract.
5. Schedule of Works
After the contract is signed, you will receive a detailed schedule of works outlining each stage of your renovation.
6. Construction & Completion
Our team begins the renovation and completes the project with high-quality workmanship and careful attention to detail.
7. Handover Day
Once everything is finished, we conduct a final walkthrough and hand over your completed space — along with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates from APD as a thank-you.
